Criminal Case was down for routine maintenance (if), Error 404 is reality, Reload the game we lost connections, all teammates are gone..... can be that is not all that is going on with this game. IF the game is or was down for routine maintenance, it would be polite if nothing to inform players about that. The teammates are gone, for that there is info in the game that "The teammates are unavailable for the moment. Please try again later" - it is not for the moment, it lasts for two days at least for some or lot players, even all of them maybe.
If this game has problems, there are options to inform them about, not to leave them in the dark.
Talk to your players, listen to them, you need them.
This is not good job!
