Facebook is renaming Support Dashboard in Support Inbox
It is placed where Dashboard was. When you wish to open Support Inbox you will be directed to new page. This Inbox as it looks now is better arranged and visually readable. Facebook is obviously releasing it on users profiles so that could be reason for loading problems with Facebook lately. Inbox definitely looks better then Dashboard, would it be and more useful only time will tell.
