Purchase by mobile not credited, what do I do?

Why it happens

There are several steps managed by Facebook before you get your Criminal Case Cash. Sometimes this process stops "midway". 

When it happens, you receive the equivalent of your purchase in Facebook Credits in your Facebook account, instead of Criminal Case Cash in game.

How to look for your Facebook Credits

You can check the amount of Facebook Credits you have in your Facebook payments settings. It appears at the top of the page (see screenshot below).

How to use your Facebook Credits in game

To use your Facebook Credits, follow these steps:

1. Go to your game map and click on the Cash bar at the top
   
   
2. The Cash pop-up appears. Click on the same amount you previously purchased with your phone
   
   
3. A Facebook pop-up appears, showing you the price of the item in Facebook Credits and the amount of Facebook Credits you have
   
   
4. Click on the "Buy" button
   
   

 Please note that you will not be charged again.
